Uxariean Guardians

Uxarieans were once an advanced people that decided it would be a great idea to build a doomsday device and then split off into three separate and distinct species. The Guardians — or Guardian (singular), rather — was the smallest and most powerful of the three. He lived in a drawer under ground and was able to teleport matter with his mind.
