Tom Campbell
Played by Whovian Legend (with a capital L), Bernard Cribbins, Tom Campbell was a policeman who accidentally joined the Who family in the TARDIS in the second Peter Cushing movie. Providing much of the slapstick, we couldn’t help but love this bumbling chap.
